A Joint Vision for a Solar-Powered Nepal
The primary goal of this JV is to harness Nepal’s immense solar potential and deliver clean, sustainable energy solutions. The projects will cater to both Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) and Commercial & Industrial consumers, contributing to Nepal’s growing renewable energy sector.
As part of this agreement, Prozeal Green Energy will act as the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) lead, leveraging its vast expertise in renewable energy projects. Golyan Group will focus on business development, land acquisition, and financing, further strengthening the partnership.
Solar Power: Energizing Nepal’s Future
The 500 MW solar power project will be a cornerstone of Nepal’s shift toward clean energy. By providing renewable energy to industrial and commercial consumers, as well as the national grid, the JV will accelerate Nepal’s path to sustainability and energy independence.
As the demand for clean energy increases, this joint venture will position both companies as frontrunners in the renewable energy sector across South Asia.
